In detail, this will involve:Emergency general and specialist duty care Medical evacuation and resuscitation services A leadership role in the medical team, providing general and specialist input towards the development of procedures and protocols for the optimisation of our services Providing health education for patients, subordinates and management in developing a healthy workforce Identifying and maintaining professional skills and knowledge for self-development through internal and external training programmes Ensuring the suitability, availability and serviceability of all equipment needed to deliver routine and specialist care.Job Requirements: With an MBBS, BLS/ACLS/PALS/ATLS and an additional fellowship qualification in surgery, you’ll be at an advantage if you have significant experience as a consultant in general surgery and trauma.We’ll expect you to be able to deliver cost-effective and curative general and specialist medical care to staff, dependants, contractors and third parties in line with our policy to sustain a healthy and productive workforce.
