Experience in construction, commissioning and project evaluation.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum BSC COREN Registered Electrical EngineerHEAD, INTERNAL AUDITIdentify and assess all financial risks. Advises management on mitigation strategies. Develop audit techniques and possesses. Monitor Budgets and Financial Controls, Store and Inventory Management.EXPERIENCEAt least 10 years of audit/accounting experience at senior management level, with a minimum of 5 years experience in internal audit within a commercial environment.Knowledge of electricity generation and operations, an added advantageQUALIFICATIONSFully qualified Accountant, Educated to degree level or equivalentHEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINManage Staff Recruitment & Selection, Produce Staff Development Plan. Introduce Performance Management System. Advice Management on Compensation. Develop Employee Relations StrategyEXPERIENCEMinimum of 10 yrs Human Resource experience in a large organization. At least 5 yrs management experience. Candidates with legal background preferred. Experienced in implementing HR policies.QUALIFICATIONDegree holder with relevant HR professional qualificationsHEAD, FINANCE & ACCOUNTFinancial Controls & Systems. Budgeting & Project Accounting. Lead and motivate Finance staff. Manage the policies for debtors. Creditors & Treasury managementEXPERIENCEMinimum of 15 years post qualification experience in similar role. 5 years reporting to Management.
